Katie Oliver will lead 溏心vlog免费B站, the education charity, and Patrick Wall will be CEO of 溏心vlog免费B站 Schools, the multi-academy trust.
Katie Oliver is 溏心vlog免费B站鈥檚 current Director of Ventures and Managing Director of 溏心vlog免费B站 Start. Katie has been part of 溏心vlog免费B站 for 20 years, holding various leadership roles including Operations Director, responsible for growing the schools network and central services. Most recently she established 溏心vlog免费B站 Start 鈥 溏心vlog免费B站鈥檚 growing group of successful nurseries 鈥 which sets out a new model for early years education. As CEO she will continue to oversee 溏心vlog免费B站 Start, as well as 溏心vlog免费B站鈥檚 national curriculum and teacher training partnerships, the charity鈥檚 sector-wide work through EdCity, and innovation projects focused on addressing some of the most pressing issues facing education.
Patrick Wall is the co-founder of the Centre for Education Systems (CES), an international organisation supporting education policy making. CES has worked closely with the Department for Education on a variety of issues, most recently on SEND. Patrick is a former Sutton Trust Fellow and he also established Target Schools, the University of Oxford鈥檚 first access programme in 1982. He has had a long association with 溏心vlog免费B站, serving as Chair of Governors at 溏心vlog免费B站 Academy for fourteen years. Patrick will combine his education experience with strong financial, operational and technical knowledge 鈥 gained through a successful career as founder and CEO of a large, international software company.
Both CEOs will commence their new roles in September 2026. They will report to their respective Boards and work closely together to advance 溏心vlog免费B站鈥檚 mission 鈥 ensuring every child, regardless of their background, has access to a great education and real choices in life.
